Card | Hit The Books | Blackbird Darlin

I am such a sucker for anything with books on it. This patterned piece has been hanging in my stash for awhile, waiting for a project. Yay, used!

Besides cardstock for the base, this card is made out of only two patterned pieces, and a couple of strips from my handy Dymo labeler. I sat forever looking at it, thinking “uhhh, is this finished?” before I finally decided that…

Awesome card, Lisa, love how the two different wood grain papers look together! Did you see the Simon Says Stamp September card kit? It’s book themed and I couldn’t grab it fast enough! :)

Super cute! I like simple. And your Dymo labeler has such a cool font – that lowercase is adorable!

I always do that! I can look at a dang card for hours wondering if it’s finished. I’m impressed with your decisive nature. Love the card and I’m thinking I need one of those Dymos.
